Newlands Parish Council is pleased to inform residents that a speed monitor device has been installed on Houghton Avenue. This comes as a result of the concerns echoed by many residents about speeding cars within the development. This is the first speed monitor to be used in Newlands Parish. More monitors may be used in other areas shortly. Thanks are given to Grainger PLC for help with the installation.
