Guidance on Public Participation at council meetings

The Parish Council has recently seen a very welcome number of members of the public coming along to all of our council meetings.  This benefits us all as the council is glad to receive comments and feedback.

There are, however, some standards which we would appreciate all members of the public to follow.  This is not only useful for the council but also useful for attendees.

May I also take this opportunity to remind everyone that comments, questions etc are all welcomed via the clerk’s email – clerk@newlands-pc.gov.uk should you wish to raise any concerns, comments etc.
