020/21P Minutes of Previous Meeting
The minutes from the Planning Committee Meeting dated 20 August 2020 were received. It was
RESOLVED by a majority that the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting be accepted
as an accurate record and were duly signed by the Chairman.

Committee were dismayed that the application was valid on 22 July but not sent to the Parish
Council until 19 August. A request for a short extension was unanswered. It was
unanimously RESOLVED that a letter was sent to the Head of Planning and to the
Chief Executive with a copy to the Ward Councillor to convey the concerns of the
Parish Council with the process and delay in notifying the Parish Council which
excluded them from commenting on this application
