MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD REMOTELY ON THURSDAY 15
OCTOBER 2020 VIA A SCHEDULED ZOOM TELECONFERENCE COMMENCING AT 7.00 pm

There were no Declarations of Interest made at this time.
028/21P Minutes of Previous Meeting
The minutes from the Planning Committee Meeting dated 17 September 2020 were received. It was
RESOLVED by a majority that the minutes of the Planning Committee meeting be accepted
as an accurate record and were duly signed by the Chairman.
029/21P Public Participation: There was no requirement for a public session.

The Parish Council of Newlands by a majority raised NO OBJECTION to this application.
The Parish Council wishes to add the following comments
1) Checks should be made with the developer/land owner/management company if
the area should remain open plan or if it was allowed to fence it off. Policy DM15)
2) Checks should be made to ensure there was no obstruction with access to the
carport.
The meeting closed at 7.20 pm. The next meeting will be held on 19 November 2020
