On behalf of our community of Newlands, the Parish Council wishes to express its sorrow at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this time, especially His Majesty King Charles III as he assumes the burden as our Head of State.

We encourage you all to mark the Queen’s passing with a National Minute of Silence for Reflection to take place on Sunday 18th September at 8pm.
