Two plots of land within the Berewood Estate were recently purchased by Bargate Homes Ltd. Savill’s / Bargate Homes are inviting all residents to see the plans for their area of development during a presentation on 25th January 2024. This will commence at 6:30pm in Newlands Community Hall and is open to all. There will be a Q & A session for any issues raised through the presentation.
Following this presentation there will be a full council meeting commencing at 7:30pm.
