1 Apologies: To receive any apologies for absence.
2 Declarations of Interest: Arising from this Agenda, Members and Officers are invited to declare any
relevant interests. Notwithstanding this item, Members may subsequently declare an interest at any point
during the meeting.
3 Minutes of the Previous Meeting: To receive and confirm the accuracy of the Minutes of the meeting
held on 2 September 2021 (Previously circulated).
4 Public Participation: The meeting will recess for not more than 15 minutes so as to allow any members
of the public to address the meeting.
5 Outstanding Matters and Matters Arising: To deal with any outstanding matters and matters
arising.
6 Correspondence: To receive correspondence from Bloor regarding holding a Zoom meeting with Parish
Councillors to discuss the development of two new phases. To discuss and determine action.
7 Street Names: The Clerk was asked to ascertain whether there was a database of street names on file.
To receive correspondence from WCC with regards to the matter. To discuss and determine action.
8 Highways Adoption: To receive any update.
9 Trash Busters: The Charity Trash Busters are invited to the meeting to give a brief talk about their
work, litter-picking in the local area. This will be an opportunity to ask representatives questions. To
agree any action.
10 Any other report which the Chairman deems urgent or for inclusion on the next agenda – NO DECISIONS
can be made.
