5 Adoption of Open Space: WCC are asking Council to adopt open spaces on the development. To
consider and determine action.
6 Litter Pick: To consider organising a street clean/litter pick as part of The Great British Spring Clean.
To consider and agree a litter pick.

VE Day Street parties: To consider organising a street party to celebrate VE Day on 7 May 2020. To
consider and determine action.

Youth Shelter: To receive and consider a request from PC Mark Jeffery for a further Youth Shelter on
the development. To consider and determine any action.
