A resident of Waterlooville since 1970, David moved to Wellington Park in 2014 but has been involved in the West of Waterlooville development for many years as Chairman of the former Waterlooville Community Forum, through the West of Waterlooville Forum and more recently as a member of the West of Waterlooville Advisory Group which in turn set up the Shadow Council. He has been Chairman of Newlands Parish Council since it was established.
David is also President of the Trustees at Springwood Community Centre and a member of the Patient Participation Group at the Vine Medical Group which assists the professional staff in organising its activities.
