District Cllr Caroline Brook

Caroline worked for 17 years for a large international blue-chip company, before giving that up to devote her time to working within
the community as a Ward Councillor and to raising her young family. Caroline was first elected as councillor for Denmead in 2016.
In May 2017, Caroline was promoted to a cabinet role with the portfolio for the Built Environment.
Working tirelessly for others is her passion; and she brings this passion to bear in her dual roles as Councillor for both Winchester and Newlands Parish Council
