Cllr Andrew Kirby

I have lived in or near Waterlooville for my whole life and moved into Newlands Parish in 2013. I have been a teacher, scientist and engineer in my professional life and a swimmer, cricketer and volunteer in my free time. I wanted to be a councillor for the Parish to make this a great place to live and a warm, welcoming community, please get in touch if there is anything I can do.
